Privacy policy
What we collect, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are — on the quamtechs.com website as well as in all our web and mobile applications (Q Learning, Altransp, IQAC, Immigration, Billetterie). This English translation is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Scope
This policy applies to all digital services published by QuamTechs — hereinafter "the Services":
- the showcase website quamtechs.com;
- the web and mobile applications Q Learning, Altransp, IQAC, Immigration and Billetterie;
- any other service published by QuamTechs that refers to this policy.
Each application may specify, in its dedicated screens or notices, the processing operations specific to it; these details supplement this policy without replacing it.

Data collected
On the quamtechs.com website, we only collect the data you voluntarily provide to us through the two forms. Simply browsing the site collects nothing: no advertising tracker, no audience measurement tool (see the cookie policy).

- Email address
- Subject and content of the message
- Identity and contact details (email, phone)
- Institution, level and desired department
- Dates, cover letter, CV (PDF)
- Link to a public profile (optional)
In our applications, depending on the Services you use, we may process the following categories:
Name, email, phone, password (stored in encrypted form), profile picture where applicable.
Technical logs, device, progress and content created in the application (courses taken, bookings, files).
Purchase and ticket history; payments are processed by specialized providers, we do not store your complete payment data.
Only for services that need it (transport, ticketing), with your permission in the application, revocable at any time.
Purposes and basis of processing
We process your data solely to:
- respond to your requests (contact) and review your applications (internships);
- create and manage your account, provide the features of the Services you use;
- carry out the transactions you initiate (tickets, bookings, subscriptions);
- ensure the security of the Services and prevent fraud;
- comply with our legal and accounting obligations;
- improve the Services, on the basis of aggregated data.
Depending on the case, processing is based on your consent (forms, location), on the performance of the contract between us (account, transactions) or on a legal obligation (accounting retention). No data is used for unsolicited commercial prospecting purposes.
Recipients and retention
The data is intended solely for the relevant QuamTechs teams and, where strictly necessary for the operation of the Services, for our technical processors (hosting, payment providers), who are bound by the same confidentiality obligations. It is neither sold, nor rented, nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights
In accordance with the applicable Cameroonian regulations on the protection of personal data — and, for residents of the European Union, with the GDPR — you have the following rights:
Know what data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it.
Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
Request the deletion of your data (message, application, CV).
Object to a processing operation or withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@quamtechs.com specifying the purpose of your request; we will respond as soon as possible.
Minors
Some Services, in particular educational ones (Q Learning), may be used by minors. Their registration and use of these Services take place under the responsibility and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who may at any time exercise the rights described above on the minor's behalf. We limit the data collected from minors to what is strictly necessary for the operation of the Service.
Security
QuamTechs implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access and disclosure. Access to applications and messages is restricted to authorized persons. In the event of an incident affecting your data, we would inform you as soon as possible.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated, in particular in the event of changes to the site or to the regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
